We want you to enjoy your new item. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send it back to us and we’ll refund you for the purchase price.
Things To Keep In Mind
- - Ensure your return items are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was send to you in.
- - Keep your receipt as proof of postage in case it gets lost in the post.
- - We will not refund underwear and men’s & boy’s swimwear. Women’s and girls’ swimwear must have the protective sticker intact.
- - Any items which are washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
- - Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received your returned goods.
- - You have 14 days to send the item(s) back.
- - Your refund will be processed within 21 days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).

- - If you have mislaid your return form you can re-print a blank form by clicking on the attached PDF file (Return Form)
- - If your order is incorrect or damaged on receipt then contact our customer services team who will arrange for its return free of charge.
